hello sweet humans,
fall has arrived ~ one of the most charming and tender times of the year. the trees are changing. soups! sweaters! it's also the season for letting go ~ releasing
november always invites reflection

as many know, we said goodbye to our sunny little studio of five sweet years and started fresh in a whole new country. exciting, yes ~ but a lot of change
after four months in the new space, our precious beads went untouched. while adjusting to new life and emersing myself into the silversmithing world, I drifted away from one of my favorite forms of meditation ~ beading
beading calls for patience and presence
I was recently reminded of a Lao Tzu quote I adore
"nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished"
these new pieces are the first i've made without any specific inspiration. I let myself create in a pure flow state ~ no expectations, just me, the beads and beautiful music. (links below)
left unnamed on purpose - so you can choose your own meanings, your own "thank yous". if you order, just let me know what you'd like to dedicate it to, and i'll write it on a special card.
when we moved out, we gifted a good bit of our jewelry making materials to our lovely friends at green girl crafts in los angeles (if you're nearby, give them a follow ~ they'll be hosting beading workshops soon)
~ still, there were so many special beads and pearls I couldn't part with - the ones that feel like treasures, waiting for the "right moment"
sometimes the special occasion we're waiting for is right now.
i'm ready to let go ~~~ with love + gratitude
this is our very first sale ~ our way of saying thank you for five incredible years. for every message, every order, every kind word that has kept me going.
a gentle reminder this holiday season: please support small businesses and artists as much as you are able to. choose gifts made with care. write love letters. make a mixtape. paint a portrait. every thoughtful act - every dollar spent intentionally - makes a big difference for our planet, earth !
thank you for being here.
much love,
audrey
